For eligibility, entries must be received no later than 2 p.m. EDT on April 27, 2007. No responsible for unsuccessful online attempts. LIMIT: ONLY ONE ENTRY; ONE PRIZE PER FAMILY OR HOUSEHOLD.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: $2,710.00
Four (4) weekly Ocean Club passes for the 2007 Senior PGA Championship, May 22 – 27, 2007 at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, one (1) round of golf for two (2) at Kiawah Island Golf Resort (excluding the Ocean Course), and four (4) nights accommodations at the Mills House Hotel.
The weekly Ocean Club pass allows access to the Championship grounds and into the Ocean Club. Each pass is a bundle of six (6) daily Ocean Club tickets, one for each day of the Championship. The daily Ocean Club tickets are transferable. One free copy of the Championship’s Official Journal is included with each pass.
Amenities of the Ocean Club include:
· Open-air, canopied pavilion outfitted with comfortable Bauer international furnishings.
· Spirited sports bar atmosphere with televisions.
· Premium selection of food and beverage available for purchase.
· Private restroom facilities.
The Mills House Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Charleston. Lodging package is available Thursday through Sunday nights May 24-27, 2007, and is inclusive of breakfast for two (2) each day.
One round of golf for two (2) during Championship Week (May 22 – 27, 2007), on one of Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s courses, excluding The Ocean Course.
DRAWING: Winners will be determined in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 4/30/2007 from all eligible entries. An independent judge whose decisions are final shall conduct random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize winner will be expected to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release. Prize winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. Once notified, winner will have 24 hours to respond and validate receipt.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age and older as of January 3, 2007. Employees and the immediate family or those living in the same household as employees of the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism, PGA of America, Kiawah Island Golf Resort, the Mills House Hotel (Sponsors), and their respective parent companies, sales representatives, distributors, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, agents or suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families and/or household members of each of the above are ineligible to enter. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law and is subject to federal, state, and local laws. South Carolina law governs this sweepstakes.
By completing the online sweepstakes entry registration page, all entrants in the South Carolina Senior PGA 2007 Sweepstakes agree to receive periodic eNewsletters from South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism, Kiawah Island Golf Resort, and PGA of America.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winner is responsible for federal, state, and local taxes and all expenses associated with the prize not explicitly stated herein as being awarded. All elements of sweepstakes offer are restricted to the dates stated. Travel must be completed by May 27, 2007 or the prize is forfeited. If the winner can not travel on dates specified by Sponsor(s), winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any portion of prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Certificates without redemption codes are void and have no value. Lost, stolen or misplaced certificates can not and will not be replaced. This certificate is void if copied, sold, and otherwise prohibited. Any use of certificates, other than that expressly provided for above, constitutes fraud. No substitution of prizes permitted by winners. Prize is not for resale, can not be redeemed for cash, is not transferable or exchangeable, and can not be used in conjunction with any discount, premium or rebate offer. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if prize is unavailable. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’ name, photographs and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Prize is subject to change. All entries become the property of the Sponsor(s) and will not be returned. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to, without limitation, errors in these Official Rules or advertising for this sweepstakes, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor(s) that, in the sole judgment of the Sponsor(s), could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor(s) reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. The Sponsor(s) shall not be liable for any entries that are not received due to a virus, system malfunction or other faulty transmission. All email entries shall be deemed made by the holder of the email account from which the entry is submitted. Email entries must be received by the Sponsor(s) within the Sweepstakes Period based on Eastern Standard Time. By submitting an entry form, entrant agrees to be opted in to receive email from the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism, PGA of America, and Kiawah Island Golf Resort. By entering, entrants agree at all times to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor(s) from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, injuries, death, accidents, losses or damages of any kind resulting directly and indirectly from any and all activity related to entering and/or participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of prize. If due to a printing production or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level per the above; the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated entry forms. In no event will more than the state number of prizes be awarded. Winners agree that the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism, PGA of America, Kiawah Island Golf Resort, and the Mills House Hotel, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and promotion agencies shall not be liable for injuries or losses of any kind resulting from acceptance of or use of prize.
