South Carolina Law Enforcement Officers Hall Of Fame
This memorial to law enforcement officers who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty is also a law enforcement museum. Plaques in the Hall of Fame Memorial Room honor over 290 slain officers. Museum exhibits tell the "story" of S.C. law enforcement, both modern and historical. Objects of particular interest include a 1955 Highway Patrol car, law enforcement patches, and the Melvin Purvis firearm collection.
