South Carolina Book Festival

The festival serves as the centerpiece for what has become South Carolina's premier annual literary weekend. Nearly 60 nationally-known authors for readings and signings; loads of booksellers and exhibitors; special ticketed events and masterclasses; and thousands upon thousands of readers. This year celebrates our 14th anniversary of this wonderful event. Check out our official web site for author listings and the schedule of events. Masterclasses and other special ticketed events are held on Friday. General festival events on Saturday and Sunday are free and open to the public and will be held at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center downtown Columbia, SC, on 1101 Lincoln Street.
