Guests will pair days of golf with nights of fine dining and intimate cooking demonstrations by some of America’s top chefs. Mealtimes will feature outstanding cuisine and advice by celebrity chefs including Ming Tsai and Sara Moulton who have popular shows on the Food Network. New this year, Tom Collichio of New York City’s Gramercy Tavern and Craft restaurants and is well known as head chef and judge on Bravo TV’s “Top Chef.” Also returning are Brett Reichler and Geoffrey Zakarian.
