Guillebeau Home And Family Cemetery Historical Marker

This marker located at the intersection of SC Highway 81 and Road 196 near the town of Willington commemorates one of the prominent French Huguenot families that settled in this region in the early 18th century. Located a half mile west of the marker is the site of the Andre Guillebeau House, which was moved and restored at Hickory Knob State Resort Park. Buried in the cemetery are 18 members of the Guillbeau family.
